I will make certain that your best interests, as well as the best interests of your minor children, are adequately considered before a final determination is made. In doing so, I will assess whether an investigation is necessary and the extent to which the matter should be investigated. For example, if your children are old enough to participate in or make their own decisions, I may recommend that you avoid the time and expense of an investigation and abide by your child's wishes. I will then help you build custody and visitation accordingly.
